The Signature Crispy Duck
In 1999, our journey began with a dish that soon became the heart of Bebek Tepi Sawah — the signature crispy duck. Raised organically near our surrounding rice paddies, each duck embodies the essence of Bali’s natural abundance. Marinated in rich spices and prepared with only the finest ingredients, it is then fried to golden perfection and paired with our three signature sambal.
This harmony of textures and flavors captures the very spirit of Balinese cuisine. What began as a cherished family recipe has since won the hearts of many, becoming a timeless icon of our restaurant and a true taste of Ubud.
